SJCA P.C., previously known as Stephen J. Christian & Associates, was established in 1998 by Stephen J. Christian, PE, PS. Steve was the sole owner and President of the firm from 1998 to 2008. In 2008, Sherly George, PE became a partner in the firm. In 2011, SJCA acquired Beacon Surveying further expanding our range of services. Three additional partners were added in 2014 and the name was changed to SJCA P.C. to signify the evolution of the firm from a small company with a single owner to a growing, multi-disciplined corporation with several shareholders.

Rajiv K. Huria, PE is now the CEO of SJCA, Sherly George, PE serves as the COO and Steve Christian, PE, PS continues to serve as a Senior Vice President. Other shareholders include Gregory M. Quebe, PE, PS, Director of Right-of-Way Services and Benjamin E. Deichmann, P.E., Director of Site Development Services. Over our 20 year history, we have established an excellent reputation for the providing quality services in a timely manner. This is largely attributed to our owners being working managers. Our current ownership structure maintains our ability to bring the highest level of responsibility to our projects and provide superior leadership to our clients as our company continues to grow.
